Engineers for the Integrity of Broadcast Auxiliary Services Spectrum (EIBASS) hereby
respectfully submits its comments in the above-captioned rulemaking relating to the position of
the United States at the 2012 World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-12).
This filing in response to DA 10-1408, dated July 30, 2010, requesting comment on
recommendations approved by the Advisory Committee for WRC-12.
