Rebuttal to Ex-Parte Comments of Clarity Media DA-07-1946
Engineers for the Integrity for Broadcast Auxiliary Services Spectrum
(EIBASS) hereby submits its rebuttal to the December 23, 2009, ex parte
filing of Clarity Media Systems ("Clarity") regarding its proposal for
"Trucker TV." EIBASS disagrees with many of the claims and rule
interpretations contained in the Clarity filing, and believes that the record
needs to reflect this quite different view of what Clarity is proposing.
